We happened upon Hoki Sushi walking around Les Halles with my cousin who lives in Paris. We wanted something light, fresh, fast and well prepared. Hoki Sushi did not disappoint! It was reasonably priced and very tasty. We had sushi, miso soup, the Japanese salad and extra ginger which we love. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Nous y allons retourner! I love that they are open late -- particularly for nocturnal people like us!
